           Tom Hoppe, MSC, MB, CD, MA.

Tom Hoppe served with the Canadian Armed Forces and following his military career Tom completed his Business Administration and Human Resources program along with a Master of Arts in Leadership and Training focusing on organizational leadership and coaching transition plans.  Tom authored a book titled “A journey of Leadership” and has provided team building and leadership seminars in both the private and public sectors.
Tom has provided coaching to leaders of many different sectors helping them successfully lead their teams to success.
In 1994  while serving in Bosnia, Tom rescued three children who were being shot at by snipers and successfully commanded his patrol during several engagements with opposing forces. In recognition of his conspicuous leadership and bravery under fire the Governor General awarded Tom with both the Meritorious Service Cross and Medal of Bravery. As one of Canada’s decorated soldiers during one tour, Tom has been the subject of documentary films, media interviews, featured in books, listed in the edition of Canadian Who’s Who, and had a street named in his honour by the City of Calgary.

           Harold Leduc, MMM, CD, MA, CEC.

Harold specializes in helping individuals, employees, and organizations reach their personal or corporate goals. He dedicates himself to helping people create meaning in their lives when faced with challenges with his unique background as a soldier, peace officer, judge, author, dispute resolution specialist and executive coach, he helps clients commit to change and achieve desired results with minimal stress. His powerful intuition blended with his ability to shift perspective allows clients to successfully craft solutions and bring their disputes to a desired end.

Harold designs a dispute resolution/transition process that begins with establishing a foundation for each client by clarifying personal values and goals. This helps them understand the influencing factors in their conflict and creating long term solutions. He combines his insight with his client’s needs to create a purpose and plan that they can use as a road map for their decision-making. Harold makes it his mission to help clients develop their own solutions to reach their stated goals.
Harold has received numerous awards for life saving and his work in supporting organizations reach their goals. Harold’s bio is listed in the Canadian Who’s Who for making a difference and he was invested into the Order of Military Merit as a Member.
