Strategies to Successfully Lead and Reorganize During any Crisis- Any crisis requires the leader and organization to maneuver the team through many high paced changes. Once the leader initiates their plan they are committed to move forward, and if the team or organization is not in step with the high paced changes the team will get stuck in the middle ground of transition. Stuck in transition will cost the organization time and money, and the only way forward is to "cross the gap" to the new reality.
